Terms & Conditions – 24ph User Agreement

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "24ph" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://24ph.club, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any natural person who registers an account on the 24ph platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a Player to access 24ph services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a Player's 24ph account, including real-money deposits and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to an Account that are subject to specific wagering and withdrawal requirements as communicated at the time of the offer.
• "Platform" means the entire 24ph website, game lobby, payment interface, and all associated software and services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in individual promotion terms.

By registering an account on 24ph, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from any gaming platform, including under a self-exclusion arrangement with 24ph;
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active 24ph account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent account suspension. 24ph reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 24ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 24ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 24ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. Notification must be made via the 24ph live chat support channel. Until such notification is received and confirmed, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information, including your registered email address, mobile number, and payment account details, remains accurate and up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing and identity verification.

24ph may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Required documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 24ph may result in temporary account restriction.

24ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your 24ph Account balance instantly. In the event of a technical delay, credits will be applied within twenty-four (24) hours. If a deposit has not been credited within this period, you must contact 24ph support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification;
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before real-money funds are released for withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• 24ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed during the withdrawal process and are subject to periodic adjustment.

24ph does not charge fees for standard GCash or Maya withdrawals. However, processing times may vary depending on network conditions. Most GCash withdrawal requests are completed within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

24ph offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus terms applicable to all 24ph promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money deposits and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Real-money funds are wagered before Bonus Funds in all cases;
• Bonus Funds may not be used on all game categories — eligible game categories will be specified per promotion;
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• 24ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus credits in cases of suspected abuse, collusion, or manipulation;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including through the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the associated accounts permanently closed.

All games available on the 24ph platform are provided by third-party certified game studios and utilize independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome within any individual session.

Game results are final and binding. 24ph will not reverse game outcomes except in the case of a documented system malfunction. In the event of a system malfunction, 24ph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the wagered amounts to Players' accounts.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game's help section. Live dealer game results are governed by the rules of the respective live dealer studio, which are displayed within the live game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 24ph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) account;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Circumventing any self-exclusion or account restriction that you or 24ph has put in place;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform or its other users.

All content on the 24ph platform — including but not limited to the 24ph brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 24ph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 24ph content without prior written authorization from 24ph. Unauthorized use of 24ph intellectual property constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 24ph's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

24ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruptions or outages to the platform caused by circumstances beyond 24ph's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party service disruptions;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their own account credentials;
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on information available on the platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional communications;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.

24ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the 24ph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

24ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order, government directive, or regulatory instruction to do so;
• The Player requests voluntary account closure.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be forfeited, subject to 24ph's discretion and applicable legal obligations. Bonus Funds in accounts terminated for breach will be forfeited in all cases. Players disputing an account termination may contact 24ph support to initiate a formal review.

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 24ph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

24ph operates in a manner consistent with the responsible gaming framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to access the 24ph platform and do so entirely at their own risk.

24ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to their registered address, via a notice on the 24ph platform, or both. The updated Terms will take effect on the effective date stated in the revision notice.

Your continued use of the 24ph platform following the notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting 24ph support. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by its effective date.
